An introduction to microdosing.

We could potentially run over slightly dependant on the group size.

An opportunity to learn and understand what the benefits are, how we initiate a programme, the ideal surroundings for initiation, what we should do during our programmes and how we can grow from an internal point of view, and how how we will become more aware of the external.

This is going to be a great experience for many people, a safe space where we will talk, connect, practice multiple techniques to fall in place with our daily practices and also where we will EXPERIENCE a new direction and fresh start.

We have our own intentions as well as our own goals in life, not all of us do have trauma and pain to overcome some of us purely look to develop more of an understanding about ourselves on a personal or creative level.

This concept is a new approach to introducing personal growth from many different levels.
