Breath Work And Reiki Retreat.
At a secret location out in Nature.
We are going to be holding a 6 Hour retreat Focusing on the Breath, Reiki and Sound Therapy.
We will be including multiple breathwork techniques throughout the day, including some of the following.

🔥Conscious breathing
🔥Reiki Circle
🔥Sound therapy
And .... An added extra we will be having an optional Cacao to initiate the practices and set our intentions for the day.
This is going to be an unbelievable day with some amazing practitioners, we will include a fruit platter and snacks with some refreshments for the day.
You will require warm clothing, a yoga mat or blanket, a rucksack if you need to bring any of your own additional items, and suitable footwear for outdoors.
