About the event
We will be holding space for limited numbers for an evening in nature connecting to the powerful plant medicines hapëy & sananga, setting intentions around the fire as well as releasing any deep emotions that we have within us.
We will holds a sharing circle to open up about our healing journeys as well as opening up our heart space with breath work.
Dress suitable for nature. Bring light snacks and non alcoholic drinks.
