About the event
A weekly practice that is focusing on wellbeing, we will be mainly focusing on meditation and breathwork practices as well as incorporating other modalities into the space including. Fire Cupping , Accupuncture, Reiki, sound therapy, natural medicines, shares, intention setting, empowerment and movement.
Each week will wlbe a different concept keeping our evenings diverse and exciting.
