Who are we? We are a healing movement, building a community to help people along their personal journey to well-being. The ‘Awakened Souls Events’ (ASE) family come from all sorts of backgrounds including but not limited to experiences of stress, depression, PTSD, past trauma, anxiety, addiction and illness. We are passionate about removing taboo around mental health issues and supporting people in building and sustaining good mental health, resilience and emotional stability. We do this through welcoming, accessible, family-friendly events incorporating meditation, breath work, yoga, Thai Chi, sound healing, litter picking, camping, hiking, shared learning and much more. We work with local businesses and individuals to nurture creativity, community spirit, healthy lifestyles and respect for nature through a ‘leave no trace’ philosophy.
